Salary: 18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of Experience in boutiques.
- Create new design and to bring out new ideas to optimize the sale.
- Select fabrics, colors, patterns, and embellishments for each design.
- Work closely with pattern makers and seamstresses to bring designs to life.
- Adjust and modify designs based on feedback, functionality, or production requirements.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure quality control throughout the process.
