We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our team. The candidate should be experienced in blood sample collection, capable of handling both in-clinic and home collection duties, and able to manage basic laboratory processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques and safety protocols
- Perform home sample collection visits as assigned
- Handle walk-in patients and ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Manage sample accessioning, labeling, and documentation accurately
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the lab
- Coordinate with lab staff for timely processing of samples
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Good knowledge of sample collection procedures and patient handling
- Ability to perform home collection visits (two-wheeler preferred)
- Basic understanding of lab processes and accessioning
- Good communication and professional behavior
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology
- Prior experience in diagnostic labs or healthcare centers
