Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Jira Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support business applications, dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow automation tools. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Atlassian tools, along with a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Configure and enhance Jira workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Manage and maintain Confluence documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Analyze existing systems, perform reverse engineering, and document technical designs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Support bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new development requests.
- Create technical diagrams and solution blueprints using Visio/Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across teams.

- Jira Administration, Workflows & Automation

- Experience in data handling, reporting, and transformation.
- Good understanding of SDLC processes.

Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
