We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Kindergarten Teacher to join our school team. The candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment for children.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage kindergarten children with patience, love, and care.
- Plan and conduct daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Support children’s learning, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a positive and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor children’s behavior, progress, and overall well-being.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and activities.
- Organize classroom materials, learning aids, and activity resources.
- Ensure children’s safety and hygiene at all times.
- Encourage creativity, participation, and confidence among students.
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori training is an added advantage.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to handle young children with patience and care.
- Passion for teaching and working with kids.
- Experience in kindergarten or preschool teaching is preferred.
