Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Plan and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Drive aggressive promotion of educational products and titles across schools and trade channels
Achieve sales and collection targets through structured planning and execution
Ensure retention and growth of market share in the region
Deliver value-added services such as workshops and educational activities for customers
Monitor and ensure timely collections while minimizing product returns
Implement market plans effectively and track performance against targets
Maintain strong relationships by ensuring high-quality customer service
Handle accounts and closely track monthly collection budgets
You will collaborate extensively with internal teams including sales, operations, academic excellence, marketing, finance, and product teams. Externally, you will engage with school heads, teachers from private and public institutions, and booksellers.

About You
Essential Criteria
Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel
Strong knowledge of the assigned market/territory
Proven solution-oriented sales approach with exposure to digital products or platforms
Good understanding of the school education ecosystem, including its structure, environment, and key challenges
Desirable Criteria
Experience working closely with schools, educators, or educational institutions
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a sales-driven organization
