Must Skills:

Experience of contracts, estimation, tenders, site supervision & co-ordination of construction information.
Experience in handling engineering processes in large scale projects.
Experienced in research of new construction materials.
Knowledge of MS Office & other related software.
Able to work on deadlines and under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Drawing reading, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Site Supervision

Must Skills:
Excellent design and CAD skills
Excellent Presentation skills including knowledge of presentation softwares (such as Sketchup, Photoshop, Coral Draw)
Good know how of rules, regulations and by- laws
Experience in handling large scale Projects
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working on large scale projects from start to finish
Experience of being active part in communication channels within the team and with client and consultants
Experience in working individually and mentoring team members
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success
Able to work on deadlines and under pressure

Preferred Skills:

Develop individual Specialization (landscape, facade GIS, BRIM)
