The Office Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role handles tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling meetings, maintaining supplies, and assisting other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable with standard office software and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, or vendors at the front desk.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance, security, or access issues
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative or clerical role (freshers with good computer skills welcome).
Soft Skills: Polite phone etiquette, attention to detail, time management, discretion with confidential information.
Other: Ability to lift up to 10 kg (files, boxes) and stand/sit for extended periods.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
