We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and certified Gym Trainer to join our fitness family. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our members' success, helping them smash their fitness goals through personalized coaching, safe exercise instruction, and infectious motivation. Because building strong relationships with our members is key, we require a professional who is fluent in English and possesses exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalized Coaching: Design, implement, and track customized workout programs tailored to individual client goals, fitness levels, and medical histories.
- Effective Communication: Clearly explain workout routines, technique corrections, and nutritional guidance in fluent English.
- Floor Management: Maintain an active, welcoming presence on the gym floor, offering tips, correcting form, and ensuring members use equipment safely.
- Client Retention & Enrollment: Conduct fitness assessments for new members, confidently showcase the value of personal training, and build a loyal client base.
- Community Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment that motivates members to return.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification: Valid Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Safety First: Current CPR/AED certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a gym trainer or personal trainer is preferred, but a strong passion for helping people is a must.
- Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition basics, and proper lifting mechanics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to confidently articulate instructions.

- Flexible scheduling (may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client availability).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
