Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Service Operations / AIOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CA/Broadcom monitoring and IT Service Management tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring enterprise infrastructure, incident management, performance optimization, and ensuring high availability of critical IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage enterprise IT infrastructure using CA UIM (Unified Infrastructure Management).
- Administer and maintain CA Spectrum for network fault management and root cause analysis.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change management activities through CA Service Desk Manager (SDM).
- Monitor application performance using CA APM (Application Performance Management) and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Configure dashboards, alarms, probes, reports, and monitoring policies across servers, databases, networks, and applications.
- Perform event correlation, alert tuning, and automation to reduce false positives and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for incident resolution and service improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks.
- Support 24x7 production environments and participate in shift/on-call rotations when required.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- CA UIM (Unified Infrastructure Management)
- CA Spectrum
- CA Service Desk Manager (SDM)
- CA APM (Application Performance Management)
- Experience in infrastructure monitoring, application monitoring, and IT operations.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL.
- Good understanding of Windows/Linux servers, network devices, databases, and cloud monitoring concepts.
- Experience with event management, alert correlation, and performance tuning.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Shell, or Python) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with automation and AIOps concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred.
- Broadcom/CA product certifications will be an added advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms and observability tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience working in enterprise production support or NOC environments.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
