Key Responsibilities
- Talent sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screening resumes: Review applications to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
- Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Onboarding support: Assist in documentation and orientation of new hires.
- Employer branding: Support HR initiatives to promote the company as an attractive workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals is a plus.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
