Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Experience: 1–5 Years (Third-Party / PCD pharma experience mandatory)
Location: Dhakoli Zirakpur
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for third-party manufacturing / PCD pharma products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop new clients for contract manufacturing and private labeling
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-up
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Maintain daily call reports, sales reports, and MIS
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of PCD pharma and third-party business model
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to build long-term distributor relationships
- Knowledge of product selection, schemes, and margins
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / ERP systems
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Pharma Third-Party / Contract Manufacturing sales
- Existing distributor or franchise network (added advantage)
- Experience in ethical promotion and channel sales
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
