Sales Executive / Telecaller – ERP & Cloud Solutions
Experience: 1–5 Years (Sales Experience Preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Telecaller to promote and sell business software solutions including Tally Prime, Busy, Marg ERP, Tez ERP, and ERP on Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Explain the features and benefits of Tally, Busy, Marg, Tez ERP, and Cloud ERP solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related questions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities in CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding of customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Tele Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, or Cloud Solution Sales.
- Good understanding of Tally, Busy, Marg, ERP, Accounting Software, or Cloud Hosting solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and business software will be an added advantage.
- Existing relationships with resellers, channel partners, accountants, or business customers will be preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
