To prepare invoices in excel (Domestic, Export, Jobwork, FOC and Scrap) on day to day basisTo prepare the post shipment documents for local shipments To follow up prices for preparation of invoices, ILC & LC bills realisation advices. To prepare invoice tracking, production qty. & maintain article wise on daily and monthly basis for monthly sales commission statement, sample soles statement and other various statements. To account the sales entries both domestic & export in tally on due verification of the sales invoices.To preapre daily report on daliy basis To account receipts of domstic as well as export and ILC realisation bills & to track of both ILC & LC status on daliy basis.To prepare debtors ageing report on weekly & monthly basis To prepare bank reconciliation statement on weekly basis and preparation of bank balance status on daily basis. To do Inter Unit and Inter Company reconciliation on monthly basis.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
