Reporting to: Head of Maintenance dept
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Formulate a plan, review and analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the equipment of instrumentation in order to achieve highest efficiency of activities for reliable and safe operation.
- Knowledge of PLC ladder logic Programming, SCADA, HMI VFD SERVO Drive etc
- Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal.
- Attend to technical query by operation personnel and provide advice/solution according to best engineering practice to address issues which affect the operation.
- Monitor spare parts and inventory for critical instrumentation to ensure availability when required in order to minimize production interruption. Establish new inventory/cataloging where necessary. Update information in the inventory to ensure it is relevant for the current operation.
- Provide technical inputs in full cycle of procurement processes for contract, materials and service requisition where required so that all technical requirements are addressed properly.
- Identify study, propose, and implement area for improvement (project) in the field of instrumentation engineering to enhance operation and improve total equipment reliability.
- Develop the plan, scope and lead the execution of shutdown works for instrumentation to ensure completion within the specified time frame.
- Supervise work execution on site develop procedures and instruction for maintenance, shutdown or project to ensure compliance to safety, specification, standard and procedures.
- Writing of various departmental reports.
- Implementation of FSC and ISO & OHSAS systems in the section on plant equipment
- To be responsible for the identification of the health Hazards associated with area of working and ability to evaluate the impact of risk.
- To be responsible for imparting training awareness program related to occupational risks.
- Keeping the data of plant PLC backup, List of PLC, Version of backup, Version of plant PLC & programming equipment. Also keep the software data & location. Also prepare the review plan a certain interval.
- Formulate a list of plant safety interlocks, M/c Safety interlock for safe working of man & m/c & also display in working area.
- Prepare a team for kaizen & 5S also implement on the ground level with display method.
- Developing the service venders for fast & reliable servicing with Negotiating him & responsible to release the payment on agree payment terms after completion of work to avoid any GST related dispute.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
