Role Overview
Federal Bank is seeking experienced professionals in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property segments. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, proven sales and sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience in the retail assets business.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the market/location for which the candidate is applying.
- Candidates should have worked in the respective market for at least 2 years and possess strong local market knowledge.
- Experience in one or more of the following verticals is preferred:
- Home Loans (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Home Loan – Builder Channel
Preferred Candidate Profile
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Federal Bank
- Leading private sector banks
- Reputed NBFCs and Housing Finance Companies (HFCs)
- Organizations engaged in Home Loan and LAP sourcing and distribution
Compensation
- Fixed CTC Range: ₹4 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs per annum
- Compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, skills, and current remuneration structure.
