During your time in Phoenix, you’ll collaborate with some of the best talent in the e‑commerce industry and work on projects aligned with your interests and abilities. This experience is designed to empower you, build your skills, and potentially open the door to full‑time opportunities at Myntra.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Category Management: Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability. Identify market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and optimize product assortment.
- Inventory Management: Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contracts. Drive cost savings initiatives and establish strong supplier relationships.
- Profit & Loss Analysis: Analyze category performance, profitability, and ROI. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in category management and inventory control.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating supplier agreements and driving cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
