Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Chemistry Faculty to train students for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET examinations. The candidate should have strong conceptual clarity across Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures for IIT-JEE & NEET aspirants (Class 11th & 12th)
- Design structured lesson plans aligned with exam syllabus and patterns
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and full-length mock exams
- Solve doubts in class and through dedicated doubt sessions
- Track student performance and provide personalized mentoring
- Prepare study material, assignments, and question banks
- Stay updated with latest exam trends and difficulty patterns
- Collaborate with academic team for curriculum improvement
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (IIT/NIT preferred, obviously)
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in IIT-JEE / NEET coaching
- Strong command over:
- Organic Reaction Mechanisms
- Physical Chemistry Numericals
- Inorganic Memory Techniques
