Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Architect
Work Mode: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (C2C)
Mandatory Skills:
- 11+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Employee Center Pro, and Lifecycle Events.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- End-to-end HRSD implementation and client-facing experience.
- CSA certification required; CIS-HRSD preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable HRSD solutions.
- Lead HRSD implementations and integrations.
- Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Review technical designs, mentor developers, and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HRSD solutions.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per month
