A Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area and handling administrative support duties. They are the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring professional communication and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Coordinate meetings and support office staff when required
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information
Maintain office files and documents
