Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Executive to support the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of government- and industry-sponsored skill development projects.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior management, project teams, training centres, trainers, mobilisation teams, assessment agencies, employers, clients, and government departments. The role involves project coordination, MIS reporting, documentation, data analysis, compliance monitoring, and management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day implementation of skill development and employment-linked training projects.
- Coordinate with training centres, trainers, mobilisation teams, placement teams, field staff, assessment agencies, Sector Skill Councils, clients, and government departments.
- Maintain trainee, batch, attendance, assessment, certification, placement, and project-performance records.
- Update project trackers, databases, portals, and MIS reports accurately within prescribed timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and project-wise performance reports using MS Excel.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, reconcile, and analyse training-centre and beneficiary data.
- Monitor project targets across mobilisation, enrolment, training, attendance, assessment, certification, placement, and retention.
- Track batch schedules, training progress, assessments, pending activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Verify trainee eligibility, supporting documents, attendance, assessment status, certification, and placement records.
- Coordinate timely submission of reports, invoices, photographs, supporting documents, and compliance records.
- Support training-centre readiness, inspections, audits, monitoring visits, and project-review meetings.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, progress summaries, and review documents.
- Assist with project proposals, Expressions of Interest, presentations, official letters, action plans, and related documentation.
- Maintain physical and digital records in line with project guidelines and audit requirements.
- Support mobilisation, candidate counselling, employer coordination, placement tracking, and post-placement follow-up.
- Research government skill-development schemes, industry requirements, job roles, qualifications, and training standards.
- Support business-development activities and other assignments given by the reporting manager.

- · Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- · Knowledge of skill development, vocational training, education, employability, or government-sponsored projects.
- · Understanding of the skill development project lifecycle: mobilisation, counselling, enrolment, training, assessment, certification, placement, and post-placement tracking.
- · Strong analytical, numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- · Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- · Strong coordination, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- · Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation compliance.
- · Ability to manage multiple projects, training centres, assignments, and deadlines.
- · Good problem-solving, follow-up, and decision-making abilities.
- · Willingness to travel to training centres and project locations whenever required.
- · Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a professional attitude and strong organisational skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Qualifications in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, Social Work, Rural Development, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Skill Development.
- Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience in skill development projects, training-centre operations, MIS reporting, project coordination, government-sponsored schemes, education projects, or vocational training.
- Prior experience coordinating with government departments, Sector Skill Councils, assessment agencies, training centres, employers, and other project stakeholders will be preferred.
