About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and customer-focused Executive to manage day-to-day store operations at our Bakingo store in Esplanade, Kolkata.
The candidate will be responsible for order handling, packing, inventory support, maintaining hygiene standards, customer service, and assisting the Store Manager in smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
- Receive, check, and process customer orders accurately.
- Pick and pack cakes, bakery products, and other items as per orders.
- Ensure proper packaging and presentation of products before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners for timely order handover.
- Check product quality, quantity, labelling, and packaging before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and working area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Assist in inventory checking, stock arrangement, and stock counting.
- Follow proper storage practices and report any shortage or damaged products.
- Handle billing/POS and customer orders accurately, wherever required.
- Provide good customer service and resolve basic customer queries politely.
- Support opening and closing activities of the store.
- Assist in maintaining cash/payment records as assigned.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour.
- Report operational issues or customer complaints to the Store Manager.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
