Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Specialist to join our team. This role requires ownership, accountability, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Train, mentor, and support junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Track KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and departmental meetings.
