Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and common areas.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships related to office services (e.g., cleaning, utilities, catering).
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain calendars for management and teams.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Financial & Data Support:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with accuracy.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming experience.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow between departments.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Support onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary documents.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Skills:
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
