Role – Technical Sales Engineer
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined individuals who are passionate about industrial automation and customer engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical sales by combining engineering knowledge with business development and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities for industrial automation solutions.
· Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending suitable technical solutions.
· Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
· Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
· Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely proposal submissions and project execution.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
· Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and customer feedback to support sales conversion.
· Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market information.
· Stay updated with industry trends, automation technologies, and competitor offerings.
· Travel to customer locations whenever required.
Who Can Apply?
· B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
· Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
· Internship or project exposure in Industrial Automation will be an added advantage.
Experience:
· 0 –2 years of relevant sales experience.
· Experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical, IT Hardware, System Integration, or Engineering companies is preferred.
Required Skills:
· Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation concepts.
· Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, Servo Systems, Industrial Networking, and Control Panels.
· Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits and project discussions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
