Hiring: Senior QC Executive – FAITH by FIO (Jaipur)
Division of Fashion Images Overseas – Garment Export Follow-up & Quality Control Team
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Controller with strong technical knowledge and field experience to ensure Japanese-level quality across multiple export orders, styles, and factories. This role involves on-site inspections, sample verification, report making, and tight coordination between buyers, merchants, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inline, midline, and final quality checks at various vendor factories
- Ensure strict compliance to buyer specs, workmanship, and measurement standards
- Maintain accurate QC reports for each visit and highlight critical issues in real-time
- Check samples and production lots in Jaipur office before courier or approvals
- Track issues related to fabric defects, stitching, finishing, labeling, and packing
- Provide solutions and improvement suggestions to vendors and internal teams
- Attend weekly visits to different factories as per order allocation
- Coordinate with the FAITH merchant team and Japanese QA staff for follow-ups
- Support in accessory sample verification, label accuracy, and trims QC
- Help establish and maintain factory-wise quality systems and standards
Requirements (include but are not limited to):
- 6+ years of experience in garment QC (woven garments and exports mandatory)
- Deep technical understanding of patterns, construction, tolerances, specs
- Experience in checking garments for Japanese or premium international buyers
- Ability to create inspection reports, size-set reviews, and inline feedback
- Confident in field inspections across stitching, finishing, and packing areas
- Strong ownership, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic Excel and documentation
- Must be ready for factory visits across Jaipur and nearby areas regularly
- Responsible, disciplined, and solution-oriented mindset
