To manage the complete recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates across various functions while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview & Selection
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates.
- Schedule technical and managerial interviews.
- Coordinate salary discussions, reference checks, and final selection.
- Joining & Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare offer/appointment-related documents as per company process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain proper recruitment and joining records.
- Manpower Planning
- Maintain an updated manpower requirement tracker.
- Follow up with departments regarding open positions and recruitment status.
- Monitor recruitment turnaround time and ensure positions are closed within the agreed timeline.
- Talent Pipeline
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Develop talent pools for critical positions, especially in PEB, fabrication, engineering, production, project, quality, sales, and support functions.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
- Track vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain recruitment-related records and documentation.
- Employee & Candidate Coordination
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies wherever required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and recruitment practices.
Qualification & Experience
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / Graduate with relevant HR experience.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, PEB, engineering, or heavy-structure industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
