Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with 1–5 years of experience in civil construction projects. The candidate should be proficient in Tamil and capable of managing site activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing processes.
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
- Fluency in Tamil (speaking).
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
