Position: PRT English Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT English Teacher with 3–4 years of teaching experience to join our school. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to create an engaging, student-centered learning environment for primary classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for primary school students.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments in line with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of students.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English (Mandatory).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) (Mandatory).
- 3–4 years of experience as a Primary English Teacher in a recognized school.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools is preferred.
