Dhriva is a local online marketplace where people can discover advertisements, connect with nearby dealers, and buy or enquire about products and services.
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales & Marketing Executive who can bring local dealers, businesses, and advertisements onto our platform. This is a results-focused role. Working hours are flexible, but the candidate must consistently achieve agreed monthly dealer onboarding and advertisement targets.
The role includes calling dealers, sending WhatsApp messages, following up, visiting businesses where required, helping them create accounts, collecting advertisement details, and encouraging local customers to use the website.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact local dealers, shops, service providers, and businesses that can advertise on Dhriva.
- Make daily outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up calls to potential dealers.
- Visit dealers and local businesses in assigned areas when needed.
- Explain the benefits of listing advertisements on Dhriva and help businesses create an account.
- Collect dealer details, product details, photos, prices, and advertisement information.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure dealer advertisements are uploaded correctly.
- Maintain a simple daily record of calls, follow-ups, visits, interested leads, registrations, and advertisements received.
- Build relationships with dealers so they continue posting advertisements regularly.
- Promote Dhriva among the general public through local outreach, WhatsApp groups, social media sharing, local partnerships, and offline promotion.
- Encourage buyers to browse Dhriva, contact listed dealers, and submit enquiries.
- Suggest practical marketing ideas based on feedback from dealers and customers.
Monthly Performance Targets
Targets will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and assigned area. A realistic initial target for the first month is:
- Contact at least 150–200 potential dealers or businesses.
- Complete at least 40 meaningful dealer conversations or meetings.
- Onboard 10–15 active dealers or businesses on Dhriva.
- Collect and publish at least 30–50 genuine advertisements from onboarded dealers.
- Generate buyer enquiries, website visits, or dealer contacts through local promotion activities.
After the first month, targets may increase based on performance, area potential, and the quality of leads generated.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Comfortable speaking to business owners, dealers, shopkeepers, and customers.
- Experience in field sales, telecalling, business development, digital marketing, classifieds, real estate, automobile sales, or local advertising is preferred.
- Must be confident using WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and basic online tools.
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable sharing daily work updates.
- A two-wheeler is preferred for field visits.
- Self-motivated, reliable, polite, and strong at follow-up.
- Candidates who can work part-time are welcome if they can meet the agreed targets.
Salary and Incentives
- Fixed salary or part-time retainer based on availability and experience.
- Additional incentive for every active dealer onboarded.
- Additional incentive for advertisements collected and published.
- Performance bonus for achieving or exceeding monthly targets.
- Travel allowance may be considered for approved field visits.
