Purchase, Repair & Maintenance Executive – Job Role
Responsible for procurement activities, vendor management, asset maintenance coordination, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office & factory.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Procure materials, equipment, consumables, and services as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchases with management approval.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stock.
- Maintain records of purchases, vendor details, invoices, and contracts.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, vehicles, office infrastructure, and utilities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize breakdowns.
- Liaise with external contractors and technicians for repairs and maintenance work.
- Verify repair bills and maintenance expenses before processing payments.
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards during maintenance activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement, repairs, maintenance activities, and cost savings achieved.
- Coordinate with various departments to address purchase and maintenance requirements efficiently.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
