Role Overview
FPA Edutech is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to engage with prospective students, generate interest in our finance programs, and drive conversions. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication skills and are comfortable handling high call volumes in a target-driven environment.
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The role involves connecting with prospective leads, explaining our offerings, and supporting the end-to-end sales and conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling prospective leads
- Explaining the offering clearly to potential customers
- Following up consistently with interested candidates/leads
- Supporting the sales and conversion process
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th Pass (minimum)
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Marathi
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on top of fixed salary
