Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor progress.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor sales executives to enhance their selling skills.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Monitor sales KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
