RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate services and office management related responsibilities
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of the new Chennai office, including oversight of vendor deliverables, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Assist the Location Manager with task execution during transition, following direct instructions. Carry out office management duties, aligning all activities with respective direction and priorities.
- Manage space planning, occupancy, and workstation allocations in coordination with business needs and leadership guidance.
- Coordinate office moves, relocations, and minor construction or renovation works.
- Procure and maintain office furniture and fittings; oversee corporate furniture storage and repair services.
- Maintain accurate floor plans, room data, and facility records to support reporting and planning.
- Support workplace design in line with modern office concepts, regulatory requirements, and Bank standards.
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and status updates for office-related projects.
Client Management (internal & external)
- Provide responsive administrative and office support to internal stakeholders in Chennai, Mumbai and global teams.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate services and resolve issues.
- Communicate clearly on office changes, move schedules, and facility updates.
- Escalate concerns promptly to ensure service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Comply with local laws and Group standards on health & safety, data protection, and information security.
- Ensure vendor activities meet contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, including procurement documents, asset logs, and project files.
- Report risks related to safety, non-compliance, or vendor performance to relevant leads.
- Support audit and inspection readiness across office operations.
YOUR PROFILE
Core Functional Skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of space management software for floor planning and occupancy tracking.
- Proven ability to define, coordinate, and execute relocation and move management plans with precision and minimal business disruption.
- Basic project management capabilities to plan and oversee office set-ups, renovations, and fit-outs, ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational needs.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and hierarchies.
- Commitment to environmental sustainability, with practical experience in implementing eco-friendly practices within office operations (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction, sustainable sourcing).

Professional and Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Certification in workplace design is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate services, ideally within financial services or multinationals.
- Proven expertise in office/facility management, vendor coordination, H&S compliance, and major relocations.
- Knowledge of global workplace standards and modern office concepts (e.g., activity-based working, agile environments).
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
