Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shopify App Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify APIs, app development, and e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify public and private apps.
- Build and integrate Shopify APIs (Admin API, Storefront API, GraphQL, REST APIs).
- Develop custom Shopify functionalities and third-party integrations.
- Optimize app performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and development teams.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Shopify app development standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and provide technical support when required.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Shopify App Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Shopify APIs, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Shopify Polaris and Shopify CLI.
- Understanding of webhooks and third-party integrations.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or cloud platforms is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Shopify App Development.
