Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who can take ownership of our luxury interior project execution at site. The role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that designs are executed exactly as planned, within timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential interior projects
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and carpenters
- Monitor site progress and update status regularly
- Ensure proper material handling and usage at site
- Maintain quality standards across all stages of execution
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Ensure timelines are met and delays are minimized
- Conduct site measurements and support design updates if required
- Ensure safety practices and site discipline are followed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision
- Strong understanding of full-house turnkey projects, modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of site measurements and execution processes

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
