Job Description:
HBGadgets Technology is seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead product development and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Prioritize features and create product requirements
- Track product performance and optimize based on data
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in product management or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA is a plus
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Technical background is an advantage
