Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer support team.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Monitor team performance and maintain service quality.
- Train, mentor, and support team members.
- Track KPIs and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of Customer Support experience.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/LMS tools is an advantage.
- Willing to work from the office.
Pay: ₹25,229.16 - ₹30,724.74 per month
