About the Role
Morjim Consulting is seeking a Proposal Formatting & Production Specialist to support our proposal team by ensuring all proposal documents are professionally formatted, visually appealing, and submission-ready.
This role is focused exclusively on document formatting and production. The selected candidate will not be responsible for proposal writing, content development, business development, or capture activities.
Key Responsibilities Proposal Formatting
- Format proposal documents in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Apply and maintain consistent styles, fonts, headings, spacing, margins, and page layouts.
- Create and update automatic Tables of Contents, Lists of Figures, and Lists of Tables.
- Format resumes, project descriptions, and other proposal-related documents.
- Insert and format tables, images, charts, and graphics provided by the proposal team.
- Create professional cover pages and section dividers using approved templates.
Document Production
- Manage page numbering, headers, footers, and section breaks.
- Convert final documents into submission-ready PDF files.
- Merge multiple proposal sections into a single master document.
- Ensure document formatting remains consistent throughout the proposal.
Quality Assurance
- Review documents for formatting inconsistencies.
- Verify compliance with page limits, font requirements, and formatting instructions.
- Perform final formatting checks before proposal submission.
Template Management
- Maintain proposal templates and document formatting standards.
- Update and organize company document libraries and reusable templates.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in proposal formatting, document production, DTP, or bid support roles.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with large documents (50–300+ pages).
