Role Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic people partner to business practices and towers enabling people experience, a strong culture, and employee growth in a flat, non-hierarchical organization.
The role focuses on enabling employees through capability building, people insights, and strong governance, while ensuring people policies, statutory compliance, and operational excellence evolve in line with organizational needs. The individual will drive talent and people processes using the organization’s proprietary frameworks, strengthen a values-led culture through innovative practices, and navigate ambiguity to deliver scalable people solutions.
HRBP:
Execute talent management initiatives basis a copyrighted framework.
Work towards establishing a healthy culture.
Drive HR Operational efficiency and People Reporting & Analytics
Handle uncertainty and complexity that will arise as part of driving this initiative and efficiently provide solutions.
Champion the essence of the culture through innovative practices
Actively drive the Organizational & People processes with alignment to company values, vision and mission.
Assess, track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to all key stakeholders.
Collaborating with various teams with a focus on creating common tools, methods, techniques and systems that have significant impact on our company culture and People Policies.
Maintain and Enhance People Policies in line with organizational needs
To monitor the evolution of corporate culture on a regular basis.
Co-Facilitate training programs and should be able to create training content across interpersonal & cultural immersions.
Enable and Improve process demanding statutory and audit requirements
Required Education and Experience:
MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.
Around 5 - 7 years’ experience in similar role
