Job Summary
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for managing vehicle financing activities for customers purchasing four-wheelers. The role involves coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and insurance providers, ensuring timely loan approvals, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the sales team in achieving finance and insurance targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Finance Coordination
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for new car loan processing.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable financing schemes, EMI options, and repayment plans.
- Collect, verify, and submit customer loan documentation for approval.
- Track loan applications and ensure timely sanctions and disbursements.
- Follow up with finance partners to expedite pending cases.
Insurance Coordination
- Coordinate vehicle insurance issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
- Explain insurance coverage, add-on benefits, and claim procedures to customers.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is completed before vehicle delivery.
Customer Relationship Management
- Guide customers through the entire finance and insurance process.
- Address customer queries related to vehicle loans, EMIs, interest rates, and insurance products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all finance and insurance documents comply with dealership and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of loan approvals, disbursements, insurance policies, and customer files.
- Coordinate with sales, registration (RTO), accounts, and delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking, insurance, and dealership policies.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance and insurance performance reports.
- Track finance penetration, insurance penetration, and approval ratios.
- Maintain MIS reports and update dealership management systems accurately.
- Support internal audits and management reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile dealership finance, vehicle loans, banking, NBFCs, or insurance coordination.
- Experience in passenger vehicle/four-wheeler dealerships preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of vehicle loan products and finance schemes.
- Understanding of insurance products and dealership operations.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Salary Range
