Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational revenue targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Guide and support junior sales executives (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in maufacturing industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
