Senior Project Manager – Education
Bhavyata Foundation
Bhavyata Foundation is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Senior Project Lead – Education to lead the implementation and expansion of the Aarambh Program, a transformative Early Childhood Education (ECE) initiative focused on strengthening Government-run Preschools and Anganwadis through the principles of NEP 2020. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring education interventions that enhance school readiness, foundational learning, life skills, and holistic child development for children aged 3–6 years. The candidate will ensure effective implementation of Aarambh Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training programs, learning resources, and quality standards across project locations.
The position will also support Bhavyata Foundation’s vision of promoting holistic child development from birth to six years, working closely with mothers, caregivers, Anganwadi workers, and community stakeholders. The candidate will contribute to programs focused on maternal awareness, pregnancy education, nutrition, responsive caregiving, early stimulation, and developmental milestones. Through community engagement and capacity-building initiatives, the role will help create a nurturing ecosystem that supports cognitive, physical, emotional, social, and language development during the critical early years of a child’s life.
A key responsibility will be building and maintaining effective relationships with Government departments and institutional stakeholders, including the Women and Child Development Department (WCD), ICDS, Municipal Corporations, Education Departments, District Administration, and partner organizations. The candidate will coordinate field implementation, facilitate meetings and reviews, support government collaborations, and ensure alignment of project activities with national and state-level policies, including NEP 2020, ECCE Frameworks, and child development guidelines. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities will be essential for success in this role.
The Senior Project Lead will drive an impact-oriented education model, ensuring measurable outcomes through robust monitoring, reporting, and evaluation systems. The role requires managing project teams, supporting training and mentoring of field staff, tracking implementation quality, documenting best practices, and generating evidence-based insights for continuous improvement.
