Job Responsibilities:
- Handle core recruitment activities for internal hiring requirements
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and follow up on profiles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial HR discussions and schedule interviews
- Regular follow-up with candidates from interview stage till joining
- Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, consultants, and internal teams
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of recruitment process and hiring coordination
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and databases
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and joining formalities
Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with experience in handling multiple positions and consultant coordination will be preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
