Property Manager – Responsibilities1. Property Operations
- Own day-to-day operations, cleanliness, maintenance, safety and overall property standards.
- Ensure all SOPs, checklists and operational processes are followed.
2. Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Handle guest issues, complaints, reviews and guest engagement.
3. Team Management
- Lead and manage the entire property team.
- Manage rosters, attendance, training, performance and accountability.
4. Sales & Revenue
- Own occupancy, pricing, revenue and booking performance.
- Drive enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, upselling and repeat bookings.
5. Partnerships & Business Development
- Build relationships with corporates, travel companies, institutions and other partners.
- Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities.
6. Brand & Community
- Represent Ghotul and strengthen its brand and reputation.
- Build the traveller community through events, collaborations and guest engagement.
7. Reporting & Improvement
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational and commercial reports.
- Identify problems, improve systems and continuously improve property performance.
8. Overall Ownership
- Take complete ownership of the property's operations, people, guests, revenue and growth.
- Proactively solve problems and make decisions in the best interest of Ghotul.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
