Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to promote Fragmity AI directly to businesses through in-person outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, demonstrating products, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
You will play a key role in introducing Fragmity AI to professionals and businesses who can benefit from AI-powered knowledge and document search solutions.
What You Will Do
- Visit businesses, offices, institutions, and professionals to introduce Fragmity AI
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and explain the value proposition clearly
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
- Follow up with prospects and assist in onboarding new customers
- Gather customer feedback, objections, and market insights
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and support
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and professionals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to explain technology products in simple language
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Prior field sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and demonstrations

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
