- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure across corporate office, data centre, branches, and 200+ retail locations.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, and Certificate Services.
- Administer VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, RAID, HA, and Disaster Recovery environments.
- Design and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, routing, switching, QoS, ACL, and NAT.
- Manage FortiGate firewalls, security policies, IPS, web filtering, SSL inspection, and VPN.
- Administer Google Workspace, user lifecycle, Gmail security, MFA, licensing, and Google Vault.
- Manage MDM, Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, endpoint security, patching, and compliance.
- Implement EDR, antivirus, vulnerability management, identity governance, and cybersecurity controls.
- Manage CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, storage, and centralized monitoring.
- Lead ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset Management, and SLA compliance.
- Plan and execute new branch/store IT rollouts, including network, firewall, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, biometrics, and user systems.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
