We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Technician – Electric Vehicle (EV) to join our after-sales service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric two-wheelers while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Experience in EV service and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in electric two-wheelers.
- Troubleshoot issues related to batteries, controllers, motors, chargers, wiring harnesses, DC-DC converters, and instrument clusters.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), routine servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Carry out software updates and controller programming as required.
- Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service records.
- Provide technical support to dealers and assist with complex service issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively and safely.
- Attend vehicle breakdowns and resolve technical escalations promptly.
- Ensure quick service turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company service procedures and safety standards
- 1–3 years of experience in electric vehicle after-sales service.
- Experience working with electric two-wheelers will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply..
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
