Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining products/services, handling queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers through calls.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and support the sales team when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite communication over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
