About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Indian and International Accounting to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with reputed CA firms, CPA firms, or leading accounting firms and possess strong expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance.
This position requires working in the Night Shift to support international clients, primarily from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for Indian and international clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Work with cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, Sage, or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – (Mandatory).
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – (Mandatory).
- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Indian and International Accounting.
- Experience working with reputed CA firms, CPA firms, or established accounting organizations.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting CPA engagements.
- Experience handling accounting for US, Canadian, UK, or Australian clients.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and compliance requirements.
