We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Property Acquisition Executive to identify and finalize commercial properties for new QSR/café store expansion across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for property sourcing, market research, competitor mapping, site evaluation, and coordination with brokers and landlords.
The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, good negotiation skills, and the ability to identify high-potential business locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source commercial properties for QSR/café store expansion.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis across target locations.
- Evaluate property feasibility based on footfall, visibility, accessibility, and business potential.
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and property owners for site visits and negotiations.
- Prepare rental comparison and location feasibility reports.
- Maintain a strong network of local brokers and commercial property contacts.
- Support end-to-end property acquisition and documentation process.
- Track upcoming commercial developments and prime retail locations.
- Work closely with management and operations team for expansion planning.
- Travel across Mumbai for property visits and market research activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Property Acquisition, Real Estate, Expansion, or Business Development.
- Experience in QSR, Retail, Café, Hospitality, or F&B industry preferred.
- Good understanding of Mumbai commercial property market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Candidates with existing broker network preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
